From the North:

1. Take I-95 S toward KITTERY/N.H. - MASS. (Portions toll).
2. Take NH EXIT 7 toward BUSINESS DIST./PORTSMOUTH/NEWINGTON.
3. At the end of the off ramp, Turn LEFT onto Market St.
4. Travel about 1 mile and Turn RIGHT onto US-1 South/Congress Street.
5. At the next light, take a RIGHT onto Maplewood Ave.
6. Turn into the first parking lot on the RIGHT.  A wall of a nearby building in the parking lot should have a mural of a whale.
7. Underwood Engineers, Inc. is located at the doorway to the right of Subway, sandwich shop, up the flight of stairs to the second floor.

From the South:

1. Take I-95 N.
2. Take NH EXIT 7 toward PORTSMOUTH/NEWINGTON.
3. Turn RIGHT onto Market Street.
4. Travel about 1 mile and Turn RIGHT onto US-1 South/Congress Street.
5. At the next light, take a RIGHT onto Maplewood Ave.

1. Take the ATLANTIC OCEAN Westward towards the MAINE/NEW HAMPSHIRE border.
2. Merge into the PISCATAQUA RIVER.
3. Dock in the PORTSMOUTH HARBOR.
4. Once on land, take US-1 South/Congress Street.
5. At the next light, take a RIGHT onto Maplewood Ave.
6. Turn into the first parking lot on the RIGHT.  A wall of a nearby building in the parking lot should have a mural of a whale.

1. Take US-4 E.
2. Merge onto NH-16 S/ SPAULDING TURNPIKE (Portions toll)
3. Enter traffic circle (right lane) and take 1^st exit.
4. Take I-95 N, toward Maine.
5. Take NH EXIT 7 toward PORTSMOUTH/NEWINGTON.
6. Turn RIGHT onto Market Street.
7. Travel about 1 mile and Turn RIGHT onto US-1 South/Congress Street.

From the South:

1. Take I-93 N.

5. Travel 0.5 miles, take a RIGHT onto Court Street after Cumberland Farms.
6. At the end of Court St, Turn RIGHT onto North State Street.
7. Go 100 feet, turn LEFT into the driveway for #99 North State Street

From the West:

1. Take I-89 toward BOW.
2. Merge onto I-93 N toward I-393/CONCORD/US-4/SEACOAST.
